Acceptable use policy for Image to Layer
May 29, 2026

Overview

Image to Layer is an independent AI image processing interface built on top of third-party AI models and service providers. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using the service.

By using Image to Layer, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

Allowed Use

You may use Image to Layer to upload images that you have the right to process and to create layered outputs for lawful personal, creative, educational, design, marketing, or commercial workflows.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Image to Layer to upload, generate, distribute, or facilitate:

  • NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or sexual content.
  • Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or content targeting protected groups.
  • Graphic violence, extremist content, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for wrongdoing.
  • Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
  • Face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, or misleading likeness-based content.
  • Misleading impersonation, unauthorized use of someone else's likeness, or content intended to deceive people about real events, identity, or endorsement.

AI Model and Provider Transparency

Image to Layer may reference supported third-party models or providers to explain how the service works. These references describe integrations only. Image to Layer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those model creators or providers unless expressly stated.

Content Moderation

Image to Layer screens image and video generation prompts before they are sent to AI providers. Requests that violate or may violate our content policies may be blocked, and moderation failures may temporarily prevent generation.

Enforcement

We may reject, remove, block, or restrict content or accounts that violate this policy. We may also limit access, revoke credits, suspend accounts, terminate service, or report unlawful activity when appropriate.
