Credit System

Picture to Line Drawing operates on a credit-based system:

2. Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through our website using various payment methods
3. Credit Balance: You can view your current credit balance in your account dashboard
4. Credit Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire unless your account remains inactive for more than 12 months
5. Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
6. No Refunds on Credits: Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded (see Refund Policy below for exceptions)

Prohibited Activities

• Creem is responsible for charging your payment method and remitting payments to us

Pricing

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already made

Payment Terms

• Payment is required before credits are added to your account
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Creem
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider

Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate delivery of credits upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Exceptions: We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Issues: If our service experiences a technical malfunction that prevents you from using purchased credits, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
2. Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase

Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must:

No Refunds For:

• Dissatisfaction with generated results (quality is subjective)
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate account termination and loss of all credits.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Grounds for Termination:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Uploading prohibited content
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse of the service or other users
• Extended period of account inactivity (over 12 months)

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to the service
• Forfeiture of any remaining credits (no refunds)
• Deletion of account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Your Right to Terminate: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds will be provided for unused credits upon voluntary account deletion.

• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance
